Emanuele Lucci

Emanuele Lucci joined IPIS in May 2025 as a GIS volunteer, focusing on developing his expertise in data collection, remote sensing and mapping to support international development and human rights work.

He has over five years’ experience with NGOs and multilateral institutions, specialising in project management and network coordination. Previously, he supported civil society organisations in the field of food sovereignty, coordinating the International Planning Committee for Food Sovereignty’s engagement with UN Rome-based agencies and La Vía Campesina’s Vice-Presidency role in the UN Decade of Family Farming.

Emanuele holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from UCLouvain and an Advanced Master in GIScience from the University of Padua.
