IPIS is delighted to participate in the 11th Forum on responsible mineral supply chains in Paris, from 2 to 4 May . This meeting will provide the opportunity to review and discuss the implementation of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Minerals, the ICGLR Regional Certification Mechanism and other initiatives to enable responsible mineral supply chains.
IPIS will play an active role on May 4, as Guillaume De Brier, IPIS researcher, will be in the panel on “Gold from the Great Lakes Regions” (Thursday 4 May, from 11.15 to 12.45). He will address the evolution of our gold monitoring project in Mambasa.
