Niko Berghmans

Niko is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Security at Sciences Po Paris, with a specialization in Global Risks and a regional focus on the Sahel, the Horn of Africa, and the Great Lakes. Her research interests center on conflict resolution and the nexus between organized crime and terrorism. She joined IPIS in September 2025 as a Research and Communications Intern.
