Seventeen people had been killed by alleged ADF rebels. The next day, members of Parliament boycotted a plenary of the National Assembly in protest against the insecurity in the province. In response to the attacks, the military command of the Sokola I operations was relocated to Eringiti. In Masisi territory, a humanitarian aid worker died after being shot, presumably by Mai Mai APCLS elements. This Wednesday, May 11, unknown assailants killed the commander of Ruchovu police station in Rutshuru territory. The Red Cross announced on Saturday that its three employees, who had been kidnapped at the beginning of last week, were released again. In <a href=\"#SK\">South Kivu<\/a>, the FARDC reported having dislodged two armed groups from several localities in Uvira territory. In <a href=\"#HU\">Haut-Uele<\/a>, three soldiers were found decapitated in Dungu. Meanwhile in <a href=\"#Ituri\">Ituri<\/a>, ADF rebels reportedly attacked the villages of Ndalya and Biane, killing at least nine people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In <a href=\"#Burundi\">Burundi<\/a>, dozens were <a href=\"#arrests Burundi\">arrested<\/a> last Thursday in two so-called \u201cquartiers contestataires\u201d of Bujumbura, Musaga and Kamesa. The capital continues to experience armed <a href=\"#attacks Burundi\">attacks<\/a> on a daily basis. On Friday, May 6, eight people became injured when a grenade exploded in Kinama. The next day, one woman was killed and a dozen other people were injured by an explosion in Buterere. On Sunday, May 8, a grenade attack killed two and injured five others. The day after, a group of armed men killed three people during an attack on Burambi, Rumonge province.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One day ahead of the re-inauguration of <a href=\"#Uganda\">Uganda<\/a>n President Yoweri Museveni, the opposition organised an alternate ceremony, <a href=\"#inauguration\">inaugurating<\/a> opposition leader, Kizza Besigye, who in their view was the rightful winner of the elections. The latter was arrested again the same day. Over the past week, dozens of other opposition members were <a href=\"#arrests Uganda\">arrested<\/a>.
