Estelle Levin Ltd. (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.estellelevin.com\/\">ELL<\/a>) and the International Peace Information Service (<a href=\"https:\/\/ipisresearch.be\/\/\">IPIS<\/a>) have been recruited by the Secretariat to this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From August 14<sup>th<\/sup> to September 9<sup>th<\/sup> 2016, two IPIS researchers and two ELL consultants conducted a field mission through the Great Lakes Region to consult representatives of the ICGLR, Member State officials and other stakeholders on existing mineral databases and tracking systems, and critical requirements for the design of the ICGLR
