The Board of Directors of IPIS has appointed Lo\u00efc De Canni\u00e8re<\/a><\/strong> as new chairman. Lo\u00efc takes over this position from Honorary Ambassador Johan Swinnen, who held the chairmanship for the past 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo\u00efc is the Founder of Incofin IM, a leading impact investment management company focused on the Global South. He has been leading Incofin IM for 25 years. Previously, he worked at DEME, a the marine engineering firm company, DEME and as Chief of Staff to the Minister-President of the Flemish Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is the author of The Future of Employment in Africa: Demography, Labour Markets & Welfare<\/em> (2025). <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
