As their research and activities provide a particular perspective on subjects related to IPIS\u2019 work, including their views is of utmost importance. Often,\u00a0<strong>IPIS finds itself in a unique position to deploy its resources and expertise to the advantage of local partners through capacity enhancement and support in raising their \u2018voice\u2019.<\/strong>\u00a0With the\u00a0<strong>\u00abVoices from the South\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0project, IPIS facilitates a series of publications from local partners in order to bring their work to a larger audience.<\/p><p><strong>The \u00abVoices from the South\u00bb\u00a0publications in no way represent IPIS\u2019 research or views.<\/strong>\u00a0The publications, including the analyses and recommendations presented, are based on the research conducted by our local partners and solely belong to them. IPIS\u2019 input remains limited to providing the necessary editorial support, and to supporting\u00a0the dissemination of these publications to a wide, international
