Meanwhile, MONUSCO has refuted\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ipisresearch.com\/briefing.php?id=72#M23\">M23<\/a>\u00a0denials of child recruitment and expressed further concern over the rebel groups stated intention to try 11 young people detained during a special operation in Kiwanja. The M23\u2019s police camp in Buchizi was attached by Nyatura this week, causing considerable displacement in this locality of Rutshuru.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ipisresearch.com\/briefing.php?id=72#Eq\">Equateur<\/a>, a large presence of Congolese military has sparked concerns amongst locals, whilst in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ipisresearch.com\/briefing.php?id=72#PO\">Province Orientale<\/a>\u00a030 armed men surrendered to the FARDC, reportedly as part of a military demobilisation effort. In\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ipisresearch.com\/briefing.php?id=72#NK\">North Kivu<\/a>\u00a0clashes between the APCLS and FARDC have taken place in Masisi, though the Congolese army regained control of Kibua. In\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ipisresearch.com\/briefing.php?id=72#SK\">South Kivu<\/a>\u00a0FARDC also managed to dislodge the Raia Mukombozi from villages in the Mulumba groupment, and in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ipisresearch.com\/briefing.php?id=72#K\">Katanga<\/a>\u00a0armed hostilities have taken place between the FARDC and Bakata Katnaga, though accounts of the events remain conflicting and unconfirmed. The population of Kimpamba is reported to have chased 6 FARDC officers from the locality following allegations of abuse against civilains.<\/p>\n<p>In the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ipisresearch.com\/briefing.php?id=72#CAR Sec\">Central African Republic<\/a>\u00a0a cabinet reshuffle instigated by the international community in a bid to reduce militia influence at the heart of government has left Seleka rebel leaders in top positions in the executive.
