The report highlights the shortcomings of the Regulation and the general lack of transparency that hinders effective and efficient monitoring of companies.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The NGO coalition highlights the mains risks at stake for the implementation of the Regulation.
