AlbertoAlberto Estévez manages the UNSCAR project developing an e-learning package to support the implementation of the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT). He obtained a Master’s Degree in English Philology in the University of Salamanca, (Spain) and has worked on arms trade control and human rights issues for over two decades. Between 2010 and 2013, he coordinated the Amnesty International’s Advocacy work on the ATT. He has also worked for the Arias Foundation in Costa Rica on the ATT and has been a research and advocacy consultant on arms trade issues for the Spanish NGOs Amnesty International, Greenpeace, FundiPau and Oxfam Intermón.
